Flossing
« on: November 03, 2012, 11:03:39 pm »
Do you floss your teeth everyday?  Do you floss b4 you brush your teeth or floss after you brush?  I do floss everyday and I have heard dentist experts say floss b4 brushing - so that is what I do.  BTW if the only thing you eat is a apple don't brush your teeth after you eat it - coz it has something your teeth need and shouldn't be brushed away.

I floss everyday. I usually floss after I brush but sometimes I floss before and after. I usually rinse when I am done.

Recently went to the dentist and got a lecture about flossing so I am trying really hard to do it everyday. So far so good, I never really knew how to do it properly so I bought some of those floss picks and it seems much easier.

I started to floss daily since last year, and on my last trip to the dentist I finally got praised for clean teeth! I heard to floss after brushing though, because brushing your teeth after would just negate any flossing you'd already done? but I dunno, I got that from the internet.

I try to floss regularly but do sometimes feel too tired and slack, but I never thought about flossing before brushing, I have always flossed after brushing interesting.... ;)

I keep floss sticks by my chair and use them several times a day because my teeth have always been a problem.

I floss once a day.  I know I should do it at night also but I'm lazy.

I try to brush at least once a week and floss at least once a month... Look how white my teeth are:  ;D

(Sorry, I know, not funny!)

not every day... maybe a few times a week.
i know that's bad! i've been rinsing with a peroxide/water
mixture, which has been helping my gums and whitening
my teeth a bit.
[ we all have a place in history. mine is in the clouds. ]

I'm not going to lie, sometimes I don't because I get impatient or lazy. When I do floss I do it before brushing, that's what I was taught to do. I'm going to go floss now.

I spend like a half hour on my teeth everyday and I still get cavities half the time when I go to the dentist. I have pretty much given up sugar too. :BangHead: :BangHead:

I floss about once a week or so.  For me, if I floss too often, I end up hurting my gums too much.  I still have zero cavities, so I figure if what I'm doing is still working, why change now...
