Day 11: I thank God for our pets.  They are such a joy to have in our lives.  They interact with us, entertain us, and care for and love us with all of their little hearts.  They are part of the family.

My family and I are always thankful for many things but are extra thankful this year!   See, it was a year ago this week that my husband was deployed to Afghanistan for a 3rd tour.  He was gone through all of the holidays last year.  He returned home in April!  We are very blessed and thankful to have him home with us this year!

Day 12: Thank God for the beautiful world He has created - such wonders and breathtaking beauty of nature to behold, whether it's the mountains, ocean/beach, forests, streams and brooks, flowers and gardens, leaves changing colors, and just about anywhere we look.
