Murdock: open mouth, insert foot!!!  These far right tea party members have very ultra conservative views and if it was up to them we'd be living back in the 1950's.  They're a scary bunch and would like over turn a lot of things that women in this country have worked long hard for.  If it was up to them women's rights would be in the toilet and we would once again be property of men.   OBAMA 2012!!!

Very few people, tea party or not, believe what those fools said.  And they aren't running for national office. I don't lie awake at night worrying about the extremists on either of our political sides.  I'm more like to worry about the extremists who blow people up.

As a state approved foster parent, from time to time I have church members seek me out to take care of children that come across their path. I remember Joshua (not his real name). He was a bright, intelligent, well-liked 8-year old. His mother was a victim of a rape and Joshua was the result. She had a dating relationship with the man who wouldn't take, "Wait until we're married" for an answer.

She made a conscientious decision to have the baby, but got to the point where she needed some time away as she couldn't look at Joshua without seeing the father in Joshua. The father committed suicide after a week in the state prision. After 8 months of intensive counseling, she was more than ready to resume life with Joshua. I still keep in contact with them and was pleased as punch, to learn Joshua has graduated with honors from high school last May and has been given a full scholarship to the state university. He is a poly sci major and plans to become a lawyer. He tells me I will be able to have all the legal services for free I want.

Was it God's will that Joshua was born? I don't know. Ask God. About Mitt Romney? As a Christian I understand what he was trying to say, but IMHO it wasn't the brightess thing he did that day.

I myself could not have an abortion nor could i give up a child but I do believe that it should be a womans right to do what is best If you are nnot ready to be a good mom then you should not be one. There are so many other rights that are being taken away from us that the politicians try to keep us in turmoil over this instead of other things like our right to collect rainwater or to live off the grid and no im not a prepper just believe in freedom
