I generally prefer to text, but if I need to talk about something more in depth, I'll talk on the phone.

I don't mind doing both but, I prefer texting the most. I try to avoid talking on the phone as much as possible. The only reason I talk on the phone is to keep in touch with my mom. Otherwise, I would throw out my landline phone long time ago :)

I prefer to talk, but most of my friends like to text or chat. Sometimes you can misinterpret what someone types or texts because you can't see his or her face or hear the tone in his or her voice.

I prefer to talk, all that typing back and forth. you might as well pick up the phone and talk to the person.

Personally I prefer to text over talk. I have never been much to enjoy talking on the phone. I have the attention span of a goldfish so texting generally works out a lot better for me.

I prefer talking. Sometimes when I text people they give me that one letter reply. That is not a conversation. You can text someone and they will take all day to text back.

I prefer talking; nothing takes ther place of hearing the human voice. However, sometimes, texting is more convenient.
