  Just click on your name on a post that you wrote, and it will take you to a place where you can see all your posts,click on that, then, they will show you what you posted. and they are numbered... I hope I explained it o.k.

Just keep an idea of how many posts you are making each month. When you first start.. the first 30 are well.. your first 30 posts. After that.. just keep an eye out for how many each month. Remember.. they need to be in the same month. So if you posted 30 already for this month and then post some more before the end of the month.. you can't use those for next month. Once you reach 30 each month, use this link to show your examples to send to admin:

it's nice that they allow this... but so complicated. very worth it though!
