why is it so hard to get full custody ? if the other parent is an abusive jackass why is it so hard to get a protective order or surpervised visitation?  do people not care or what?  and cps false allegations from other parent why cant they see the problem here and investigate the other parent ????  the system is run backwards :BangHead:

It would be hard for me to give you advice without knowing both sides of the full situation. Sorry about that. Will be praying for you. Hope it works out. Just love those children and be there for him the best that you can.

...My ex was arrested 4xs while we were married.  He has more weekend time with our kids than I do.
...Overall. friend of the court is just that.  They are not looking out for child or parent with their head on straight.  It is not a user friendly program.
...All you can do is be there for your child and learn to forgive.

Anyone who claims to have used FC 'ignore button' but, continues to gossip about the member they're supposedly ignoring clearly doesn't understand the concept.  It may be that such persons have pressed the 'ostrich button' instead, so that they could not-ignore by gossiping.
One can lead a horse to water however, if one holds the horse's head under, that horse will drown.

Im trying to just get away from that guy. The constant debate and calling people names and just trying to hurt feelings is not worth the time. I have spoken my peace and thats it. He continued to be rude so I pushed the delete button. He thinks he knows the hearts and minds of everyone, but he cant see.

Gossipying about someone you're "trying to get away from" is hypocritically-ignorant.

The constant debate ...

No one is required to read or participate in debates and you certainly are not 'debating' by making superstitious religious pronouncements based upon blind faith.

and calling people names and just trying to hurt feelings is not worth the time.

Apparently, it's worth the time you spend gossipying about someone you supposedly have on 'ignore.

I have spoken my peace and thats it.

If so, why are you still gossipying about someone you're not ignoring by continuing to mention that you're ignoring them?  That's unambiguous ignorance.

He continued to be rude so I pushed the delete button.

There is no "delete button"; there's only an "ignore button" and that doesn't delete anyone's posts, it only blocks those posts from the view of the 'ostrich' who misuses the ignore function to gossip about whom they're not ignoring.  That's rude and ignorant, hypocrite.

My father was a divorce attorney so ninety five percent of the marriages that I saw failed miserably.  Joint custody is hard to stop for a few reasons: the decision maker isn't always able to see the bad behavior that one parent may exhibit in private.  Children also need to know both parents and make the decision not to see one parent or other at a later point.  They need to know that they are the product of Wonder Woman and Superman and it is devastating to them when one parent bad mouthes the other one because than they think that they are flawed.

I live in cincinnati ohio, snd I know the system is dumb. CPS listen's to any one who call them. There are many factors a judge will consider in determining who should have custody. Each case is unique and you should consult a family lawyer to see what your options are. I hate the system thats why I stay far from them. They are the illuminati. :BangHead:

Such self-delusion is apparently typical of religious zealot-trolls.  It's  faith-blinded  :bs:  of course.
