Are you going to continue to hatefully crawl and troll Christians?
Since that's not what I'm doing, (as opposed to your biased and specious 'opinion' of what I'm doing), I cannot continue to do what I'm not doing. Although, your reply is an implicit 'yes' in regards to your hypocrisy and intent to continue to "troll" with superstitious beliefs and irrationality, (which I've never denied opposing and which I'll continue to oppose).
Yes, it's exactly what you are doing. I will continue to share what I feel or believe in here as well - I thought I was pretty clear with that - did you misread? I will continue to oppose your bashing of my belief system as well, since it's my business to believe how I choose. I don't usually do this, but there is a first time for everything. No matter how spiteful you are to Christians, in particular, you are still a creation of God, and God will continue to love you.
Saul of Tarsus, or also known as Paul, after his conversion, is a wonderful account of someone who enjoyed persecuting Christians, even killing them, yet God still loved him through it all, and Paul became well known for his reputation before his conversion, and after his conversion, with his total trust and faith in God.
He is one who totally understood the meanness, disrespect, and nonacceptance of those who had the right to believe in God if they so chose. And after his conversion, he became one of God's finest workers for God. He had a continual "thorn" in his side (though we don't know for sure, it was something to do with his health) that he knew God gave him as a reminder of when he persecuted the Christians, lest he felt he started becoming too haughty in his opinions and attitude. He had to struggle for the rest of his life with his conscience - yet God forgave him fully and completely and used him for His glory and workings.
The bottom line? Both of us, and everyone else in here, have the privilege and freedom of expressing our thoughts, views, and opinions. However, the "golden rule" is there for a reason - respect and courteousness are important when dealing with anyone. Even in the D&D section, it can and will get sparked, heated, and over-zealous, but in the end, people should realize they aren't going to change someone just because they think someone should change or not do what they think someone should do.
In the Off Topic section, I cannot understand why you still wish to agitate others constantly (when they already know your views on the matter) and provoke emotional responses, when the "golden rule" expresses treating others as you would have them treat you. The "golden rule" is becoming the "rotten rule," as of late, with respect to Christians. So is this what it means to you - that Christians should be hateful and trolling back to you since that's what you do to them? Some have tried that, actually, and have gotten their threads locked, but really, when you think about it, you provoked some to respond the way they did - they tried to treat you as you treated them. So what it appears then, is that you agitate and provoke, and when they respond to you, you then accuse them of trying to "censure/restrict" what you are saying.
You want your cake and eat it, too, is what it boils down to. You are more than opposing others - you are trolling and pestering, and following them - and the fact of the matter is that you are obviously enjoying what you are doing, including begging for attention. Well, you can't complain there - you are certainly getting the attention back that you seem to crave.
Sure we can all ignore you, but honestly, what good is that? There would be many ignoring only 1 person, when it's the many who are just enjoying sharing a common denominator with each other - I'm not letting 1 person take away the joy or enjoyment I have in threads in this forum. You are the one who has a problem with Christians, yet you choose to not ignore the many, and instead, come in and pester. Since you are the one choosing to come into threads you don't like (or oppose) and sound off like you do, then by golly, you will have to take much back of what you dish out.
If these threads were not allowed in this forum, or were considered "initial proselytizing," then they would be stopped or banned. This is where you cannot accept that, and so blame the Christian for something they actually have the freedom to do, and then deliberately place yourself right in the middle, while crying "censure/restriction," when you are the one essentially trying to "censure/restrict" under the guise of "dissenting view/opposition."
You can't have it both ways, but you are trying hard to do it anyway. We already know your opposition, crystal clear. But your opposition is not the "rule of the forum" as you well know. Everyone contributes to the forum with things that are important to them. To keep coming in, following every Bible thread, just to annoy, troll, agitate, and pester, is not keeping with the "golden rule." Yet you keep getting away with things - just as you blame Christians for getting away with things.
Bible threads are not deliberately trying to annoy or pester or troll "falcon9" personally - they are started because some members care about their belief in God and want to share about it. If you didn't opt to open a thread you hate, then you wouldn't be bothered in the least. Instead, you have to bother. Well, what is fair is fair - you want to bother and dish it out, then you will not be surprised to have to take what you are dishing. Fair and simple.
Now I will get off of my soapbox, for now. I realize this will go in one ear and out the other, with my words twisted back around to chide me. I already know about that, since the forum is for all, supposedly equal and fairly, both sides. I'm just sharing my views about this that you are pushing the "golden rule" meaning, and know just when to stop so as to not get a time-out or whatever. Also, since you so much enjoy attention in here, my soapbox message here, though long, is all for you, giving you your craved attention, so you can just chew it up and spit it back out, from your twisting of the context I'm coming from. So have at it.....
