Can someone please help? I completed this offer and didn't get credited. Can someone tell me if I actually need to sign up to apply for a Credit Card to get credited? I want to know since I only filled out the form and clicked on the links to search for a Credit card that best matches my qualifications that's it.

Update: I finally I credited.  I did this more than once and finally credited. No need to apply for a Credit Card.
