Fusion Cash toolbar works in IE, but not Firefox

The fusion cash toolbar used to work all the time in Firefox which is my preference because that browser is faster. But lately it will only work in Internet Explorer. I make searches in it and they don't add to the search amount. But it works in IE. What should I do to make it work in Firefox again?

Mine was working yesterday in firefox. I have not tried today. I have a mac so I can not use IE. Give it another day and maybe it will work again in firefox. Or you can try logging out and back in. You can un-install your tool bar and install again. At least, it works in IE.

i have firefox and a very old pc and i rarely have any problems getting credit on the toolbar or from shopping online

Did you ever get the toolbar to work in Firefox.  I've never had problems until today.  My toolbar shows I had valid searches and that I made my maximum amount of 5 cents, but it was never credited on Fusioncash.  I am wondering if this is a firefox thing.  If you see this post, I will be curious to see if yours is working now.

Yeah, I think I had the same thing happen today.  I did my complete amount of searches and my tool bar says Maximum Search, but I got Search Reward 1 cent one time on my account page.     Oh, well, though it hurts to lose like that, at least I can say the awesome videos makes up for it.

I was un-aware that you could install the toolbar on IE.
My IE is horrible.. crashes all the time.
For that reason I hardly search through Fusion.

Do you have Adblock or any other ad-blocking add-on installed? If so try disabling them and restarting Firefox.

It hasn't been working on my firefox either...in addition, my firefox crashes at least once a day but ive been using it for so long and have all my special tabs that i dont want to switch to IE or chrome..

Sorry for my late response. I hadn't known that anybody else replied to this thread after the first two until now. A little while ago the toolbar just started working for me again in firefox. It does credit in both firefox and Ie, but I prefer firefox because ie is problematic.

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems in firefox. You might want to try clearing your cookies with ccleaner before doing any searches or using the ie toolbar. Let me know if you can get it to work for you.

I can only get that tool bar to work and down load in internet explorer.  I mainly use Google chrome cause it's faster but it doesn't work with that search engine either.  It really sucks

I really don't like using the toolbar in internet explorer. It works better in firefox for me, but I too hope Fusion Cash will create a toolbar for Google Chrome. That is also my preferred browser for it's speed and stability and I really would prefer only to use Chrome and not have to leave it for the purpose of the toolbar.
