I have to ask could you explain the process of cashing out to me. I thought that if I asked for the payout before Nov 20th, I would have gotten paid on the 20th of this month. So is the cashout/payment for example like this: October 15th you hit the cashout amount, in order to get the payment in November, you have to cashout before Oct 31st? Is that how it goes? Then to get paid in Dec I have to request my Cashout before November 30th? Hope I understand.
