i think i am a night owl, on the weekends when my kids dont have school, i stay up until like 2 or 3 in the morning,

Well it depends from time to time.But I think I'm more of a day person.I pretty much try to keep my body on a regular schedule.Some times not getting enough rest can cause wear and tear on your body.

I always stay up late, I work til midnight so I"m up till at least 3 or 4 every night

 I'm a night owl like a few others in this thread. I prefer the night and the dark in general. Night also reminds me of sleep, which sounds good about now.

well, lately, i've been up late into the night but,
i enjoy the early morning hours the best. the house is dark and quiet, i can have/enjoy my coffee before the kids get up.

Staying up during the day and sleeping at night. I used to be a night owl but then I learned I was missing half the things going on because they were in the day time!

I love being out in the sunshine.  Although I have been a night owl in the past and still stay up at night sometimes.  I still prefer the day over the night.  At least if it is a nice day out.

I am a night owl myself.  I try to get to bed by mid night but often find it's one or two before I know it.  Do love the early morning hours if I make it up early.
