I am not getting credit for any of my videos. I was credited two times yesterday and that's it. I sat and watched the Obama video several times yesterday and was not rewarded for any of those. I also have not gotten credit for the I believe Emily Rose video, or that game you play. Is anyone else having issues with all their videos?

It may be a matter of clearing caches.

Are you making sure to complete all the steps in those videos? For those, after the video is done, you have to click on skip step in the lower left corner. Then, a "thank you for your participation" screen will come up. After you see the thank you, then close out of the window. I haven't had any problems with those not crediting. There are a few videos that I have to switch from Firefox to IE in or I will not get credited, so you can try different browsers too.

I had trouble getting credit for some of the videos the other day but now I seem to be getting credit for most of them.

It sometimes helps to try another browser. Other times, you need to click on to another page. With the Obama video, you have to click on to get more information after watching the video.

However, I do not always check my account page to see that I have been credited. I need to do that more often.

With that Kraft Gum Video you have to click on play or visit site (whatever option it gives you). It will open a new page where a game comes up. I click on play on the game and let myself die. Then, back on the video window click on the play (or whatever it says there) again and it will open up a facebook page. That is when you will get the thank you for watching or congratulations. I can't remember the specific details, but I know that is how I get credited. It took me awhile to figure it out until I realized the page was changing and you had to click play again to be credited, since I didn't see a skip step option like in other videos.

Thanks for the tip about the Kraft Gum offer. I will take your suggestions and try it again. I have never been able to get to the facebook page.

I have pretty good luck with the video.  I never have very many, but when I do, I watch them and get credit for them.  Did have some problem with the gum video, and it stay's on my page about all the time.  Just keep trying and they should work.

I haven't had any problem with the videos so far. As many times as I've tried to play that game, I can't figure out what you're supposed to do, but as long as I get credited for doing it, it's all good.
