Ford Video not crediting

Watched the 5 minute Ford Video -Episode 2.  Funny story, but after watching Episode 2, it automatically put me in Episode 1 (another 5 minutes)  -- still no credit.

Tried watching it a 2nd time -- still funny -- but still no credit.  Not obvious what I was missing, if anything.

Watching the videos in IE.  Usually don't have any problem in IE.

I a watching in IE and still have problems.  Maybe it takes a while to credit. I will check later to see if it does.

No credit for me either.  Some day I'm going to be smart and start reading the forum before I start on any offers and videos

Same with firefox---but i have also been having problems with surveys too??

I have not been able to get credit for the Ford video's either, so I stopped watching them

Same here. I watched segment 2than 1. Than 4 ( I don't know what happened to 3 ).

I used IE9 and chrome and clear the history on both. I do not know what else could have been done.

The Ford Video did that to me too. I don't always get credit for watching a video. I don't know why...?

I am not getting credit for the Ford Video either. It finishes Episode 1 and then automatically begins Episode 2 or vice-versa but I never get credit. I have tried watching several times over several days. I am using Google Chrome which usually, but not always, works. I have given up. There may be a glitch in the video.

FYI. I just got credited for the new Ford Video (#3). Finally. I am still not convinced the if I watch 1&2 again,I will get credited.

It finally credited for me for the first time.

i finally got credited, but when the screen refreshed the video showed up again--didn't fall for it this time--i hit the refresh button again and the ford video disappeared. I always do that when a video reappears (unless it's a video that I know will credit multiple times), so that I don't watch it for free.

The same thing happened to me. I just gave up yesterday. I will try again today.

I got credit today, but the video didn't play!  I believe it was the Ford #2 video.

I clicked on the play button, and after about 15 seconds, an error message showed up.  I checked my account, and I got credit, and the video still shows up as ready to watch again.
