Going to a Halloween party for the little one on Saturday.
It is hosted by the local Lion's Club.
Great event for the community.

Hoping to find a nice festival to take my kids to. I don't feel like walking the streets this year. I think my kids will have more fun.

I'm going to have a desert bar for the kids- reese's pb cups, hershey cookies and cream, twix, cookies, cotton candy, all that!  I have a halloween movie for us to watch but i hope frankenweenie, paranormal, or hotel transylvania is available to be rented on demand by then.  I can't wait! This has been motivation for my diet; I know I'm going to pig out on the sweets i crave in a couple weeks so it won't hurt to not have those things for now. Their dad probably won't like this idea but as a kid  this is the type of stuff I dreamed my mom would do lol. I normally only allow them to have a Sunday desert every week that we bake together, sweets aren't an everyday thing in my household.  I'll make sure they have plenty of water and brush their teeth immediately afterwards.  I'll probably have a few trick or treaters but the desert buffet/bar is what I'm most looking forward to.
