Online shopping mall

I love the online shopping mall. I have recently  place several orders. Most of them will not ship untill around the holidays and one of them was canceled because the site could n't fill it.
However, I have already recieved the cashback fron FC . On the item that the site cancelled you have already deducted that amount from my earnings.
I think I would be better for the site and your members if you pay the cashback when the item actually ship rather than when it is ordered. Many times sites especially around the holiday items are cancelled by the site not the customer.
Cashback should be paid when it is earned which is at the time of shipment.( most sites that is when the customer pays for the item)

In my case I think that is unfair to pay me at the time of the order because the site has already cancelled 1 order and may possibly cancel more of them and I have pay something back that had not even been earned yet.
 We don't get paid for a survey before we take it. We shouldn't get paid for cashback untill we pay for the item most times at the time of shipment
would greatly appreciate a response from Admin

I get nervous with the online shopping stores. Some of them want too much information.

I find online shopping a major convenience. I find I do most of my holiday shopping online. Maybe its my age, or maybe the stores have gotten too
crazy but I just can't take them.( Bah Humbug!!!)

I mainly shop at major retailers and allways make sure that it is a secure site. I have never had a problem.
