Cobell Land Settlement for all enrolled Native American Tribal Members

Has anybody received a paycheck from the Department of the Interior this year? I'm an enrolled member of a federally recognized native american indian reservation and I never received any monies so far this year   .
It appears more of the same old 'BACK BURNER' treatment towards all federally recognized enrolled members of native american indian reservations from the Dept. of the Interior, and more RED TAPE reactions and replies from the Dept of the Interior concerning this particular payment after I've emailed and written them in snail mail???
I surmise it'll be another 500 years until the DOTI gets their monetary act together and until I get paid?

I'm an enrolled tribal member of the Crow Creek Dakota Sioux Reservation in Fort Thompson, South Dakota. Good to meet you plennis. What tribe are you?
Yes. The 'back burner' treatment from the Creator and His allowance of the dominant society in the US Government and the Department of the Interior has always been to my estimation and observation a 'first come first serve' experience for my way of thinking.
Those whom are first shall be last. And those whom are last shall be first.
Apparently, the european caucazoid and other races in the United States are FIRST in every aspect of life on the north american continent, go figure?  :-

At times it does make sense that native american tribal peoples were the first to exist on the north american continent before all the other races of immigrants.
So, I guess maybe that's why us native american tribal peoples are the LAST in being acknowledged of everything in life in the USA(popularity, politics, land inheritances, freedoms, rights, recognition, and too many more to type  )

Indian Trust replied with more of the same ol red tape and back burner replies. Life goes on. They said I'll be receiving a 'claims form', but I imagine that too will face the opposition of historic back burner treatment. Patience is a virtue
