Payment Question

My account says payment is pending but has been for three weeks.....When does the payment get sent?  I know that it says on or before the 20th but I am very curious about the payment cycle and when a check will be forthcoming.  Can you let me know.  I did read the rules but don't see anything there that solves the question for me.  Thanks for you help.  lbeery55@wildblue.net

Mine's been pending for almost two months....I don't know why, but I wont do any more surveys until I actually receive it, if not its just a waste of time.
