What happened

the last couple of days I have not seen the vidoes or the (15 cent) daily tasks. What happened to them? Is this something that FC does every now again, take the Daily offers away for a little while and then bring them back. If memory serves me well I thought I seen other members on here mention the same thing at one time.

Seems fine for me. Are you sure you didn't accidently click the little red x button to hide the offer?
If it doesn't show back up for you I would contact support, I'm sure FC can solve this problem.

As for the videos, if there are none to watch then the tab won't be there.

One time a long time ago I did not receive any emails, that was because I went without clicking them daily for a while. But I did register and got them back.

Go to your account and look to the left to see the box on the left that says "My account" and click on the hidden offers link and see if you hid them from yourself, you can un-hide them. LOL

They are working for me too .... just completed the 15 cent daily and watched some videos so it sounds like something broke for you. Hope you are able to get it fixed soon

No...I didn't click the red X. I even checked my hidden offers to make sure I didn't accidently hide it. Again today I did not see them. If I don't see them in a few more days I will send in a support ticket. Thanks

Don't think that it, I check my FC account everyday honestly that is where my money comes from the, the daily offers. I have to check them everyday so that I can meet my cash out minimum because I don't qualify for the majority of the surveys. I don't know what it could be. Again today I tried to check it and did not see them. I will try again in a few days if not I will send in a support ticket...thanks

I doubt that FC is hiding them, but something in your PC may be causing them to be hidden from you.
I use IE to do all my FC work.  Seems like the video credit better with IE.
What security system are you using?  Do you use Malwarebytes to check for malware?
Did you change/add/delete anything recently that might have adversely affected your PC?


At times, I've had problems with the paid email or the $.15 daily click (not that they are hidden, but they don't work the way they should). 
When something doesn't work right, I usually clear my cookies and temps and try again.
If that doesn't work, I close the browser, reenter FC and try again.
If that doesn't work, I shut off my PC and try again.
If that doesn't work, I run CCleaner and try again.
If that doesn't work, I try something else a couple of hours and then try again.

Usually just clearing my cookies and temp solves most problems.

did you acidently click the X button on the top right of the offer?? if so you can hit the button that says show hidden offers to view them.

i do the daily every day,it seems it makes you a little bit.

I haven't had any trouble. Always get the daily e-mail, no problem.  It must be something in your computer that is stopping you from getting them.

Did you click on daily link to look for them? Sometimes paid to click doesn't show up for me, but after I click on daily it shows up. I find this very confusing since I usually only ever have one page of offers, so you would figure it would be right there when I log in.

I haven't had any problem with $0.15 daily task.  So far so good. Also for the videos, i also have seen and have gotten credited to most of them. Just gotta check different times of the day, i think.

havent had any trouble.  maybe try using a different browser?
