Why is the ssi survey not crediting? i completed the survey, but never get the credit. i waited nearly 4 hours did another sssi survey, still nothing.

Did you complete it in full all the way to the 'Congrats' page? You should get credit, and sometimes it can take a few hours or even a day, even though normaly it might credit faster for you.

If you never get credit send in a support ticket. And deleting you history/cookies/cache and all that before starting a survey can help sometimes too.

SSI daily survey has been crediting me lately. Try deleting your history/cookies before completing survey. Leave the congrats page up for at least 10 minutes. Hope this helps you. Good luck.

It should credit relatively instantly. If it doesn't, it won't. Sometimes this happens with the daily surveys.

I've had trouble with SSI and MyView.  Yesterday I got through a LiveSample survey and didn't get credited.  It's hit or miss.  Lately it's been miss for me, but the FC surveys have been crediting fine for me.

Try using FireFox when doing SSI surveys. They always credit for me when I do, it may work for you too.

I love the SSI daily survery....I can usually get it everyday....I only seem to have issues with getting credit on the weekend...other than that it credits just fine for me.

I've had trouble getting credit for different surveys at different times but have just decided thats just the way it is.  I used to turn in a ticket but that never did any good so I quit going to the trouble.  I understand that if FC doesn't get paid, they can't pay us but it sure is frustrating not to have a way to follow up with the sponser when we don't get credit.
