I too try to drink as much water a day as possible. I don't drink much soda or the sweet fruit juices out there. Too much sugar is no good for you. Water is so much better for your health.

I need to drink more water myself, it is so hard.  I do not like water but I am trying.  I need to lose weight.

Stick to it water is so great. A lot of people have a hard time drinking water but if you start drinking it enough you actually start to like it and crave it. Just drink even if you don't want to as cold as you can. Try freezing the water and drink it as it melts and you will sip water throughout the day.

I drink at least 8 or more of the 20 oz bottles.That or green tea is all I drink.Never heard of water for acne though.Good luck with it.

I should drink more water but I am really bad at listening to my body for when I need to drink more water. Sometimes I go many hours without even thinking about it. I would like to do better but I have a hard time with it.

Good on ya! I don't think I drink enough water, but I do drink quite a bit! Is drinking water supposed to be good for acne? Never heard that one before.

I read somewhere before that if you drank both the recommended amount of water and milk in a day, your body would actually start malfunctioning due to TOO MUCH liquid intake. I don't know if it's true or not, but I do know you can literally drown yourself by gulping down too much of any liquid!

I try to drink my 8 glasses a day. I find it hard some days to get in. It is so good tho for weight loss and just your overall well being ;D

I too only like water if it's ice cold.  Ice cold water is better for your metabolism.  What I usually do is fill my BPA free 750 ml water bottle in the freezer for an hour or an hour and a half and then drink it.  I will do that several times a day.  When I'm working out I'll have two bottles, one to drink while working out, and another for my post-workout shake.

I start every day with 24oz of water. Air is essential to life and water is next. Seventy present to eighty present of the human body is water. Drinking water and staying hydrated is not only good but very important for you. Experts say drinking water rids the body of toxins cleaning it inside out, which will help the skin. Because it helps eliminate the buildup of toxins in the body which will help the skin. This means water not tea. Although tea does have benefits. Starting the morning with water and fresh squeezed lemon will help clear toxins from the body and skin. Not all people who drink plenty of water have clear skin and not all people who drink to little water have acne. How long water takes to clear acne depends on many factors and varies person to person.
