Please be reasonable. You opened two similar support tickets less than an hour ago and you are already complaining in the forum that we don't respond??

Regardless, I'm sorry but failing to be credited is an unforunate reality of our kind of site. As such we are unable to offer compensation for uncredited offers.

Also, it's a violation of the Terms of Service to contact advertisers about your FusionCash credit. If you do you risk losing your entire account.

first of all i posted here looking for others who have been done same way

second of all i havent contacted each individual advertiser yet but the way i feel about it if you got paid for my sign up then i should be paid or is this the way fusion cash makes money by only giving you half of your credits for your sign ups and i tried talking to a live person thru live chat i ask a simple question and they couldnt even understand it.

if my account gets closed by fusion cash i will contact each individual with a copy of my list where i didnt get credit and a copy of letters sent to fusion cash i will let them know how fusion cash is doing its members

my email box is full of stuff every day from taking surveys and not qualifying for them and from offers i sign up for but you guys dont want to give credit even when proof if put in front of you

look i dont have a problem getting to the advertisers site from fusion cash and i dont have a problem receiving emails from them so why does fusion cash have a problem crediting me for my sign ups

The simple truth is that if you're not paid, we're not paid.  Our system automatically instantly reports your credit as soon as the advertiser recognizes it.  Why wouldn't they recognize it?  There are a number of reasons.  There's lots of info on this page: http://www.fusioncash.net/faq.php?crediting

Again, if you choose to contact advertisers directly regarding your credit (in violation of the contract which you electronically signed when you registered) we will be forced to deactivate your account and deny payment.  Also, they will not help you - do you really think it's worth their time to track down a $1 or $2 signup that wasn't credited?  And most likely, you weren't credited for a good reason, for example if you've signed up somewhere previously.

All of these policies are clearly spelled out in the Terms of Service, to which you agreed when registering.  If you do not take the time to adequately read the contract then you shouldn't be surprised by its enforcement.  Again, we do our best to get everyone credited as much as we can (because that's how we optimize our profits) but there are limits to what we can do.  The technological process of being credited takes place between your computer and the advertiser's server, and there is tremendous variation between people's computers (e.g. firewalls, anti-virus, anti-adware, ad-blocking, etc) -- all of which can affect crediting.  Since FusionCash is cut out of the process all we can do is report what we're told by the advertisers (and that's exactly what we do).

Furthermore, the Terms of Service also state that you must have a legitimate interest in the offers you sign up for.  If you were legitimately interested in the offers, then you shouldn't mind if they fail to credit (you were attracted to the offer itself - not the reward - right?)

the problem is not with my computer or the advertisers maybe your system is set up to cheat every other member out of a sign up credit because i had no problem visiting the advertiser no problem signing up and i have no problem getting emails from them the problem is fusion cash not wanting to give proper credit
if i wasnt interested i would have canceled with the advertiser by now so my problem is not with them it if with me being cheated for what i sign up for and should have been credited fusion cash is the only program i am a member of that i am  suppose to get paid to sign up that goes to tinasmm email address so i am not lying when i say i sign up thru fusion cash for these programs.  i sent you proof that i did sign up
so is what you are saying is the advertiser credits me not fusion cash or does the advertiser send credits to fusion cash and it is up to fusion cash whether they want to give their member credit or not.
the best type of advertisment is word of mouth and i am sure i am not the only one with a complaint about not being credited by fusion cash.
it may only be a dollar or two to you but to your members who is taking their time to sign up so you can make money also considers their time worth something also.  since you think it is only a dollar or two per advertiser and you dont think that it is worth the advertisers time why not give me my credits after all i sent you proof of sign up and i am not a liar nor appreciate it being incenated that i am i liar.  i know where i sign up at and where i dont.  i have been doing paid to reads, paid to do surveys, paid per actions for years i know how to keep records of what i do and where i do it at.

Again, we credit users for every lead which we are paid for (and in fact, more than that - sometimes we pay even when the advertiser doesn't).  If you don't get credit, it means we didn't see a dime.  It sucks for us and it sucks for you, but it's the best system we've got.  There is no "decision" about whether to credit a user once we are paid.  It is completely automatic and happens 24/7 in real-time as we are notified.

since i didnt get credit i guess i can cancel my account i have with them all now and resign up and it should not be breaking any rules considering according to you all i have not signed up with them to start with. or are you all going to find a way around that.  if you all consider that as breaking a rule then that means i should have been credited to start with.
look all i want is to be credited for what i have done i am not asking for anything i cant prove or for something i havent earned.

I understand what you're asking for, but I'm telling you that it is not possible.  I've explained the reasons why (and the policy and information was all available to you before you signed up, and you agreed to the terms).

Signing up for an offer, and being credited for it, are two separate things.  Regardless of when, where, or if you are credited - you are only allowed to sign up for offers once.  If you do it more than once, you again risk suspension of your FusionCash account.

if you advertise something you should stand behind it i have signed up for several things didnt get credit for it i even sent proof that i signed up and all i got was not fusion cash problem says it is their system well isnt fusion cash responsible for their system  on the home page it says
FusionCash pays you to take surveys, enter contests, request free samples, and more! it dosnt say the advertisers pay you it says fusion cash would this mean false advertising on fusion cash side then in faq How does FusionCash work?
Simple! You sign up and complete any number of offers (we have hundreds, ranging from surveys to free trials and credit cards). Then, you "cash out" your balance and get paid by your preferred method. if you notice i didnt just sign up for any and all i could have but that would not have been fair to the advertiser if i wasnt interested but maybe i should have maybe i wouldnt have lost so much money because i couldnt reach payout quick enough
How can you afford this?
The advertisers pay us to send them potential customers. This form of marketing is much more effective than standard advertising, because they pay only for fully acquired customers. There is no wasted advertising money as there is in traditional advertising, such as TV or radio spots (here it says the advertisers pay fusion cash not advertisers pay fusion cash members)
We feel that 180 days is an adequate time to cashout your funds, since the minimum for payment is low and you can easily reach it by completing no-credit-card-required offers. this is easy for fusion cash to say but not as easy when you dont get credited for your sign ups so what happens then fusion cash again makes money from my efforts in a way this is like charity work only it is not a charity that is getting the money i am sorry but fusion cash has done me wrong i got some yardwork that needs done so why dont fusion cash take the time out of their day and come and do it for me for free help someone else out besides yourself after all isnt that what you expect your members that are not getting credit to do is make you money and not complain think about this if it was just me yeah it would just be a dollar or two but when you take all your members that are complaining and add it up it is alot of money not just a dollar or two. i honestly feel like fusion cash is getting paid for all sign ups because otherwise you are just giving away free advertising and if that is what you are doing let me know i got some things that need advertised

I've reiterated our stance on this issue, including the fact that you agreed to the Terms which contained this disclosure:
Quote
FusionCash does not guarantee payments for offers which fail to track and credit. If an offer fails to credit automatically, the user understands that FusionCash cannot provide recourse.
You voluntarily agreed to those terms, so you shouldn't be surprised when they are enforced.  Since you're just repeating yourself in hopes of a handout, I am not going to reply anymore after this.  Again, I'm sorry about your experience but there is nothing we can do.
