Dancing

I have my own quote:  "Dance, even when you're alone, it makes you feel good."  Anyone else feel that way.  Dancing is like
walking; releases tension and endorphins into your brain and does make you feel good.

When my son was younger he caught me dancing with the mop and decided we could mop hop from room to room.  We still do it today and he is 24 years old.

Me and the wife used to dance alot, and have a good time. But it is so hard to go out anymore. And it could turn into
a pretty expensive night, if you are not careful!

 I use to cut a rug back in my day. Dancing relieves stress, its good exercise and its also makes you feel happy within yourself.

I have no problems dancing in my house by myself.  Sometimes when I'm watching Dancing with the Stars and they play a great song, I just can't sit and watch...I have to get up and dance to the song.  Then I'll rewind the DVR and watch what the pros did.  LOL!

I love to dance. Dancing is good excercise. I dance with my kids sometimes. They teach me new dances, and I teach them old dances. . We use the Wii, the x-box kinect and sometime Youtube. We learn the line dances off of Youtube. Dancing is also fun. I cant help myself from dancing when I here music.

I love it!! I put on my ipod and earbuds, and dance while I clean house. It makes it more enjoyable. Also my favorite show is Dancing with the stars!

Have always loved to dance!!! I used to dance on a daily basis for exercise and fun but for some reason haven't been lately. Thank you for reminding me how uplifting it can be.

I love to dance but haven't done it in a long time.  Hadn't thought about dancing by myself but I guess I'd probably feel foolish.
