my white screen

I was wondering if any one was dealing with a blank white screen like I am.  I completed a survey and then all of the sudden my screen went white.  I then clicked on the "x" at the top right of the page and then I noticed I got DQ for that survey.  Today I started a survey and the third question in my screen went whit again.  Why does this happen?

Sounds like something may be wrong with your computer. Do you have another computer to try the surveys on to see if the same thing happens? I've never had anything like this happen.

It's better to refresh/reload the page instead of closing it and trying to access it again

You may want to try to use a different browser if you continue to have problems
