I noticed that under our usernames we have ranks... I can recall Newbie and Full Member at the moment. What are the qualifications for each of these? Does anyone know?

There is really nothing extra you receive or privilage to having higher ranking.  It is all about how much postings you  do in forums.

I've been a member since summer of 2011 and I'm already a "Hero Member"!  It seems like the time has flown by and it doesn't seem possible that I could have made that many posts in this forum.  The statistic I love is the one at the top of the page beside my picture, giving the "Total time logged in!"  I'm over 5 days now and again, that doesn't seem possible.  But it's been worth my time.  I love the feeling of unity, like we all have one goal-to make the most of our membership at Fusion Cash.  I've gotten to know people here in the forum and have learned many tips that have led to increasing my total earnings.

This topic made me stop and think because I never thought about it before.  Interestingly, the member status doesn't really tell you anything BUT how many times a person has posted to the forum.  There are participants that have earned a lot of money but not really posted to the forum that much.  And the number of posts do not show in any way the quality of a participants posts -- whether they are positive, negative, accurate, contributory, or the fun games some like with so many words to form a story, etc.  I did notice that Oldbuddy and wsnyyankees2009 recently received recognition with a blue star and title of  "Helpful Contributors" which says a lot about them and their forum participation.  Congratulations again to them!  They obviously earned the recognition. They have helped me and I have enjoyed their posts during my time at Fusion Cash.

I don't know at what point in time I stopped being a newbie.  I just noticed one day it had changed.  I've been on FC since Feb. and the time has really flown.   Most ppl do seem to be very helpful; I've only noticed a few ppl that post that seem to be very rude but I guess you get that in any venue these days.  Good luck to all.

I'm always 'working', even when I'm not.  Clicking on a member's 'nym, *which is much more innocent than it may 'sound'), shows how long they've been posting to the forums.  Mine says 27 months so, it must be that long.  In that time, I've made some cash and good aquaintances here, (some of which have become significant).

FC, (and the I.R.S./Canadian equivalent), considers members like you and I to be "independent contractors" so, I suppose this can be deemed at least a part-time job, (service rendered in exchange for monetary renumeration).

I know that oldbuddy has made over 4000 posts. I try to post in the forums, but days get hectic and I barely manage to do my dailies every single day FC is really good to you if you put in a little time and effort though. At one point in time, I was on every day for 3/4 hours and thats when I made most of what I have. I've only been logged into the forum for 1 day, 10 hours and 40 minutes Seems so small for being a member for over 2 years
