Does the $5 signup bonus offer count as part of the $15 minumum cashout requirement?

I was wondering that too. The rule says $15 from offers, so probably not.

No, the $5 bonus does not count toward the $15 in offers. It is a bonus, and is treated like the $3 posting bonus.
