what do you do when you can't sleep

     I just do other chores!

I rub my husbands back till I get sleepy. He loves to be rubbed even when he is a sleep. Sometimes it leads to other things... and that's always a fun way to get tired.

I get online and check my Fc site and other sites to see who else can't sleep!!! I am up might as well make money!!!lol

lay in bed thinking of ways to improve life. or if its the children that have me awake im on the computer

play games on my phone, listen to music, put the tv on... very frustrating. I hate having insomnia.

If I can't sleep I'll read, soon I'm dropping my book.  If my mind won't shut down I'll take a dose of Bach Flower Remedy white oak chestnut.  If all else fails I'll take chamomile (either tea or tablet), twenty minutes later I'm relaxed enough to get a good sleep.

I take some melatonin and head back to bed. Usually I can get back to sleep if not I might get on the computer for awhile until it kicks in.

I like to have a book I am reading so I can read when I can't sleep.  I have started my work day at the computer and then go back to bed when I have finished a project.

If I can't go to sleep, I will turn the TV on and watch it, or else I will play some xbox or something until I get tired. Recently I have been working long hours at work so I come home ready to pass out!

I turn on the TV. For some reason the background noise helps me sleep.
