The survey should not take so long to just tell you that your not qualified to participate in the survey

Surveys typically have pre-screening qualifying questions which precede the actual survey.  The time it takes to pass through these, (or become disqualified), will vary depending upon the number of pre-qualifying questions prior to the actual survey itself.

One can lead a horse to water however, if one holds the horse's head under, that horse will drown.

That's nearly the most paranoid insinuation you've hucked-up this week.

I wont even read this nut case response but Im sure they are having something to say. Makes you wonder. Everytime I have something to say in certain places here this person shows up to be either negative of my quote which my own free speech or something that is just not getting to a point. Well a real point anyways but just they fermented thought.

Surely you must be kidding...  ::) I don't know how some people come up with some of these crazy responses! Long story short, a lot of people don't qualify for a lot of the surveys. I have to go thgrough 5 or 6 before it lets me take one, and usually ends up only paying 70 cents. It happens.. Be grateful for any you do get to make, and power on!

Why mention that you're ignoring posts if you're not going to ignore them and post about them?  Are you mentally-deficient in some manner?

Makes you wonder. Everytime I have something to say in certain places here this person shows up to be either negative of my quote which my own free speech or something that is just not getting to a point. Well a real point anyways but just they fermented thought.

Your semi-literate rant is specious; I replied to the context of this thread regarding survey qualifiers.  You posted some insipidly-inane nonsense about being screened-out on the basis of one's IP address, followed by pseudo-'streetspeak'.  If ignorance were bricks, you'd be your own projects.

If that's a sign around your neck, one can readily see why, (because posting that something is ignored isn't ignoring it unless you're ignorant).

I hate nearly completing a survey and then being told I don't qualify.

That's demographics for you; they fill segments when they fill.
