Survey window stucks

Dont know whether already discussed or no.

Many times i stuck in few steps of surveys. Some of it, right before the survey end
This morning i do Beverage survey, and it stuck again, the address is:

The pop up window is just blank. Try to insert print screen image but dont know why.
When i try to start over by clicking again the survey list, it said: "You have already participated in this survey" 

Anybody has same problem? How to solve it?

Hi April,
Once in a while I have the same problem. However, it's not always with Fusion Cash, other surveys also do that. Sometimes, I don't think they are being honest. They get the information they need then say you don't qualify or the screen goes blank. Just my opinion, however, I have heard the same from many others. It's a big waste of my time to spend 25 minutes or more on a survey only to have it leave me hanging on the last one or two pages. Not happy about that at all.

I've had that happen to me once or twice.  I don't think it's FC's fault, I think it's just the survey site.  Just forget it and move on to the next one.  There are so many other opportunities for surveys here that you're bound to hit one right.

Yeah i know its not FC fault, i just want to know wehether it's about cookie or something related to the browser or something else.
Or may be just the website of the survey.
I always keep trying

I have the same thing alot.  They want us to be honest with our answers, so they should give us a chance to at least finish the survey when we get that far into them.  Just my opinion.

This just happened to me also. I tried three surveys. The first one I went all the way through it and then it said to type in the code above and I did and clicked enter and got the same thing as you. Then I tried two other surveys and couldn't make it past the first screen b/c it wouldn't pull it up. Have you had any that went through all the way and you got them completed and got credit for them? B/c I have not!

It happens with surveys fairly often with so many people trying to do the same one they experiences glitches

I would recommend trying to refresh the page instead of closing it and trying to access it again. Once you click on it it has you marked as taking it
