  For all the money that goes into making the award shows, not enough folks watch them anymore. It is not as exciting when you watch all of the award shows every year.

Don't watch as much tv these days, to busy doing surveys.  Happy that football is back, that will give me a reason to watch.[spoiler][/spoiler]
