ok  on the 30 Posts  to get paid but does anyone know how low it takes or how many posts until we aren't a newbie any longer

Here is the breakdown of the member statuses:

Newbie     0-49
Jr.           50-99
Full        100-249
Sr.         250-499
Hero      500-749
Elite       750-999
Silver    1000-1999
Gold     2000-3999
Platinum - 4000+

I learned something new today while reading this thread:  I didn't know that the daily limit was only imposed on newbies.  lol  I got stopped posting one day during one month for trying to post too many and now that I think back about it, I guess I was a newbie!  Duh!! 

Actually, I also learned yesterday that the posting limit supposedly imposed on Newbies is false according to this post by Admin:

The limit is lifted automatically after a certain number of qualifying posts.  It's not lifted when you change out of being a newbie, it takes a bit more than that.

Sometimes people submit more than thirty because they get caught up in the topics. But unfortunately you only get paid for 30 posts.
