This survey is on my menu...I clicked on it and received a message I had already participated...then why is it still appearing on my menu

I am having a similar problem with a wellness survey. It's been on my page for about three days. I do not believe that I have ever taken this survey but I keep getting a message that I have.

Did you click the X next to the survey? That should remove it from your list for good.

That is why they started putting the X on the survey, so when this happens and you are bothered by it, you can just hide it.
