I love eggs,  we cook them all the time.

Yes, I even had eggs this morning.  Been craving them recently so just decided to make some.  I'm kinda limited to scrambled, hard boiled, and deviled though cause those are the only kinds that taste good to me.

Yes! My doctor told me that eggs don't give you high cholesterol. Foods with trans fats in them will. I love soft boiled eggs on top of buttered toast. I love deviled eggs, and veggie ( spinach tomato and mushroom) omelets. I eat a lot of eggs, made different ways.

Oh yes! the main reason I keep my chickens, as stupid dirty and smelly as they are is those lovely fresh eggs every morning. It really starts the day off right. Of course, eggs will do for any meal  especially with home grown potatoes, bacon and tomatoes.  I have 2 egg cookbooks, plus about another 100 recipes or so from friends and family-- I could probably cook a different egg dish every day of the year if I chose to!

I love eggs too.  They're good and good for you.  Dr Oz has even refuted their cholesterol connection.  I have a friend who raises chickens for eggs.  If I had my own place I'd raise a few laying hens and place the chicken yard so my cats could watch them from a window, for entertainment.
