Young Adult survey not crediting fully?

I just took a survey for 1.00 titled "Young Adult Survey" but it only credited my .75 instead of 1.00

Has this happened to anybody else?

When I saw your post, I checked my account to see if I had gotten credit for it yet too b/c I took it this evening and sure enough i didn't get the proper amount of credit either! How can we fix this? I feel like we got shortchanged  :-[ It's hard to get approved for a survey and when I do I don't want to not get the full amount I deserve.

I just noticed this, too. I was super excited to have qualified for a survey, and finished it, and only to see it didn't fully credit? I'm a little disappointed.. Oh, well. At least we got something out of it!   ::)

Did any of you turn in a support ticket on this? They can't resolve it for you (or try to) if no-one notifies them about it....

I think there must have been an error because when it was originally posted because when I first saw it it was listed at $1 then when I went back to take it later it showed at $.75

Well I think that we should still get credited for the dollar because that is what it said when I took the survey. That's like false advertising. lol I think I may still write a support ticket about it though. it never hurts to try.

Edit: How do you go about writing a support ticket to see if we can get the original $1 credit?

Click on the support tab at the top of the page, and it's pretty much self-explanatory from there - just go with the "open a support ticket" options.

(That tab will be on the top of any of the offers pages)

Well it was worth it to take the time to put in the support ticket! I got an e-mail this morning from FC:

Dear Brittne,

We have responded to your support ticket entitled "Young Adult Survey"

Here is what our support agent wrote:

--
Thank you for reporting this error. I have credited you (and the other members affected) with a $0.25 bonus to compensate.
--
 and when I checked my account the offer is now fixed, everyone else should have also gotten it fixed in their account as well. If you haven't just fill out a support ticket and let FC know so they can adjust it.

Young Adults Survey Reward Adjustment    2012-09-04    $0.25    Approved
Young Adults Survey    2012-08-31    $0.75    Approved

Your welcome everyone!  ;D yet another reason why I love FC, they will fix their mistakes if necessary.
