Unable To Access FC This Morning & No Daily E-Mail Received Today

I usually receive my daily e-mail around 5:30 a.m. EST but did not this morning.  When I tried to log to inquire, I received an error message and continued to get the same message for several hours until a short time ago.  I am assuming FC was offline but noticed no one else mentioned it ...Will we be receiving our e-mails today? Anyone know?

I'd noticed a server error message sometime after 0200 PST this morning.  Whatever server issued occurred, it apparently resolved about eight hours later, (10 AM PST).  Some data was retained during this 'outage', (such as credit for a completed survey), however some data may have been lost, (e.g., the server problem occurred while I was finishing an FC survey ... clicked last page to complete and it locked up without credit or even the $0.01 DQ).  Doubtless FC staff is aware of the problem, (I'm likely not the only member to submit a support ticket on this).

I received my daily email today. I wasn't able to log in this morning either. It was just a couple hours ago that I was finally able to get the site to come up.

Same thing happened to me.  Never got my daily e-mail either just glad its back now.

I did receive my daily email, but could not access this site for several hours today.  Also, I completed my 20+ searches through the toolbar and reached the maximum search rewards earned, but received credit for none.  Probably part of the server error.

Thank you all, for your responses.   I just checked and saw that my Daily FC E-mail has arrived. I really missed it for those few hours and am glad it was only temporary.

Most of the daily emails have arrived, I've got mine a couple of hours ago, about a short time after FusionCash was back online.

I was wondering about the same thing until i checked and saw the email had come about a half hour ago..better late than never.

So nice to know I wasn't alone.  I like having the forum to turn to when I have a problem.  I will check my email and see if the daily email has arrived now.  Thanks again everyone!

I had the same problem this morning. The error message told me that it was my browser that couldn't access the site (I had never seen that error before, but I'm not the most computer savvy person). It was fairly upsetting since I only started on this site yesterday and was having problems within twenty four hours. Is this a normal problem or does it happen sparingly?

I haven't had a problem with not receiving my daily cash email.  It has always been waiting in my inbox each morning.  I did go on and find it waiting after my last post.  Must have just been a small glitch!  Don't know what I would do without my daily cash email!  Hahaha

I also couldn't access the site this morning. My email was there though. But my toolbar said my balance was $0.00. That scared me! But when I got home this afternoon, everything seemed to be back to normal.

Nope, not your browser - the website status checking site said "dns nameservers: running"  and "fusioncash.net server is offline; the server cannot be located"

I've been using the FC site for a little over a year & a half, and I think I only remember it happening once before.....(not SURE of that) but I vaguely recall having issues accessing the site one day. (Recall it mainly because after FC came back online, I couldn't log on with Chrome, I had to use Firefox for FC for 2-3 days)

It MAY have happened other times, and if I didn't try to get on FC at that time, I wouldn't have known it occurred.
 
At any rate, it doesn't happen OFTEN at all, and in fact VERY seldom!
