Dumb question
« on: August 26, 2012, 11:29:02 am »
Sorry for the dumb question, but how does installing the toolbar work?  I mean I know how to install it, how do you get paid using it and is it worth it?  Thanks for your help

Really?  From the toolbar?  Show me where on the FusionCash Website it explains this, because this sounds very useful!
I'm sorry if my recondite verbiage is a little difficult to understand sometimes.  Using fancy vocabulary really is fun, you should try it!

Go to the very bottom of your offers page. Click on toolbar. This will take you to the page to download it and also explains how you get money for searching.

You also have to make sure you do qualified searches or it won't count as a search.  It does work I've been credited before I just don't search that often for stuff and sometimes if I need to I forget about the toolbar.  If you do a total of 20 qualified searches in a day you will reach your 5 cents limit for that day.  Make sure your browser is compatible with it because if it doesn't install correctly it won't work either.  I have mine installed on firefox.

I have found that in Firefox, the FC toolbar can cause some crashing with this addon. Make sure you follow the install directions.

I use IE for my toolbars! I do my 20 searches a day and get credit my 5 cents. Thou you do need to open up results websites time to time like out of 20 open at least 8, and you cant use the same keyword twice in a month calendar! Good luck hope this helps a bit!

I use the tool bar every day and I'd say it's VERY worth it. If you do 20 qualifying searches, thats 5 cents a day, on average 30 days a month, which is $1.50 a month. It's up to you if you think that $1.50 is worth it but I do, every penny counts on this this =) To make sure my searches qualify, I usually try to stick with the same category when searching. For example, I often look up different potato recepies and then change words around all about potatoes and recepies. Another example could be travel information, and do 20 searches based on a certain location and things to do there, etc.

As for the extra "money back" or "paid to shop" there are multiple ways to do it. There are a TON of stores that FC pays you back to shop at. For example, Kohls or JCPennys. If you go to their online sites and order online the tool bar has a "click to earn" link to get a certain percent back. I've never used this function but I have seen some pretty good deals/coupons. And if you're already planning on shopping online, why not get a little back for it? Tre is a tab in the tool bar saying "shopto earn" that u can select with a drop down list of categories and then the stores that contain those categories. You can ALSO go to the "fusion cash mall" from FC's home page which will tell you all of the stores that participate with the money back deals and there are coupons, etc there.

One of my favorite things about the tool bar, since I do all the daily offers etc everyday, there is a "quick links" tab that has a link to the paid videos, paid to post, paid to click, your FC account, etc so it's just one click to get to all the popular areas of FC without having to go through ten clicks/pages to get where you want. It also tells you your FC balance.

Good luck! =)

Oh, and to the original poster, this was not a dumb question! Not a lot of people know everything on the tool bar and don't realize how much it can be utilized.

Does anyone know if you can have more than one toolbar installed at a time? I'm a member of another site that I don't really use very often but I use the toolbar from that site and open the e-mails from that site to make money, kind of like a back up to FC. FC is better and quicker to make money. anyway.. I'm rambaling now so let me get back on topic.. What Im trying to ask is can I have the FC toolbar installed and the other toolbar installed at the same time? I think I would really like the quick links and any way to make easy money each month is a plus!
