I like my steak medium rare. It always seems to come out medium which is good for me.

I have to confess I'm not a big steak eater. Howevert, when I do dine on streak I like it well done (but not burnt!)

I usually go for Medium, but sometimes I'll go for Medium Rare.

The problem with Medium is that VERY few places manage to cook it correctly! Usually it's overdone a bit

Medium rare, here. Nothing better than having something to sop up with some toast after eating a good, medium rare steak. Mm-mm!

I don't eat steak very often. Actually, I don't eat red meat in general very often. When I do have steak, I prefer it to be well done but not over done. Sometimes I don't mind it being between medium-well and well-done, but mostly I'd just rather it be completely cooked through. I hate it when it gets over cooked though, so hard to chew!

medium rare to medium. I like it pink and juicy and squishy, rather than tough and chewy and dry, but i know there are health risks involved with eating undercooked meat.
