Cheese is the best stuff in the world.

I like swiss and pepperjack.

What is your favorite cheese?

Parmegiano Reggiano, Edamer, Tilsiter, Limburger, Morbier, Roquefort, Gorgonzola, Irish White Cheddar and Feta, but only the feta made with sheep milk or 70% sheep and 30% goat milk.  If it's made with cow milk, then it's not feta.

I could never pick just one cheese, I love them all.  I always say that if ever I am stranded on an island and could only have one food, it would be cheese.

sharp cheddar. And I totally agree that melted mess they put on nachos in resturants should not be allowed to wear the name 'cheese'

There's too many kinds to choose from, but I like pepperjack, bleu cheese, sharp cheddar, colby, parmesan, swiss, feta, etc. Yeah, I like a lot of cheese.  ;D

American cheese isn't real cheese, from Kraft or any other company.  It's a simulated cheese-like dairy product made from milk and various flavoring and coloring additives.  I assumed the thread was about cheese, not artificial products made to resemble cheese.

In that case, disregard any remarks about Notre Dame 'cheesheads'.
One can lead a horse to water however, if one holds the horse's head under, that horse will drown.
