Network for a healthy California videos not working

the Network for a healthy California videos not working  they come up with an error message saying not available, at least for me using Firefox. Getting ready to log off so if they are around later will check them through Safari and IE.

Yep, same problem here.  I tried them several times last night, but they kept saying Not Available when I clicked them.  Today they aren't even in my video feed.  Same thing happened with some other videos and a few days later they showed up again and I was able to play them and get credit.  Here's hoping the same thing will happen.

Thanks for posting about these videos.  I couldn't play them either. Got error message too.  Wondered about it.  Good to know it wasnt' just me and something I was doing.

Yeah, I have not been successful with those, yet.  They are new, so I am hoping they will be fixed and back up soon!

I have tried them over and over and it just says 'not available' If they do work can someone post please? As I will do the same!

PLEASE TRY TO PASS THIS INFO ON TO OTHERS IF POSSIBLE!!

I put in a support ticket on these videos, and got the following reply from support:

"Thank you for reporting this error. Those videos should have been advertised only to California residents, but a misconfiguration caused it to be shown to everybody.

I have fixed this issue and they should no longer show up on your feed.

Sorry about that!"

I put in a support ticket on these videos, and got the following reply from support:

"Thank you for reporting this error. Those videos should have been advertised only to California residents, but a misconfiguration caused it to be shown to everybody.

I have fixed this issue and they should no longer show up on your feed.

I live in California and the videos are not working for me either. Hope they fix it soon. Would be interested in seeing the videos.

I live in California and the videos are not working for me either. Hope they fix it soon. Would be interested in seeing the videos.

I would send support ticket in as they DID say they were supposed to be available for California residents....
unless they pulled them altogether because of the problem..?
