Are the paid to click and the watch videos considered Offers?

I am new at this and I was wondering if the paid to clicks and the watch the videos considered Offers. I know I have to get to $25 to cash out and $15 of that HAS to be from offers. Can someone help me? Thank you.

As far as it counting as offer money earned for cashout, they do count toward that $15. However, and someone correct me if I am wrong, when it comes to a referral, these don't count as the first offer that a referral completes.

You are absolutely right, they do not count as a "complete your first offer" requirement for the $2 referral bonus.
