I assume you're referring to the "banner" at the bottom of your post.....?

Total received is what you have actually been paid for (when cashing out).

Completed offers is everything you've been credited for - It includes everything you've been paid for/cashed out, as well as all other offers/surveys, etc., that you have received credit for, but have not been paid out to you yet.

NO
When you reach 25.00  in completed offers you you may cash out.
Even if  you cash out at the end of the month you will still  not recieve the money untill the 20th day of the following month
During those 20 days or more you may still complete offers and continue torward you next cashout.
Unless you stop doing FC every day your completed offers will always be greater than your received total.

You haven't received any money yet. Even if you have already cashed out, your received block will say $0 until you actually get paid, which will be around September 20th.

Total received is the amount you have actually received so far, completed includes also what you have not cashed out for.  I was confused about it for a bit also.
