What food isn't?  LOL  The foods that I like the most are, of course the ones with the highest calorie count.  Ice Cream is definitely way up there on calories and naturally is one of my favorites.

Anything fried is a good way to gain weight. Lots of calories. I should know. I gained plenty of weight due to fried food during my pregnancy.

Any food high in sugar or fat has lots of calories. But if you want weight gain you might concern your self with healthy fats. Even then you don't want to many. You can go to a health food store and find some protein powder or gain weigh product, still I wold be careful with that as well. You could add more lean protein products, to your diet. I gained weight for football, wrestling and Judo; by doing pushups and bench presses, deadlifts, squats of all kinds, with and without weight, pullups and chins. So you also want to ask do you want to just add weigh or muscle. Once you put fat on it is a lot of work to remove, trust me.

Most desserts have tons of calories or also alot of fast foods do as well. A burger king whopper is suppose to have 600 calories.

Seriously?  If it tastes really good, then it will probably make you gain weight.  I cannot imagine a world where my problem was trying to gain weight!  Jealousy.
