I was raised in a tee-totaler household and didn't have my first drink until I was 30 years old.  I have absolutely no tolerance for it but do like Tom Collins, margaritas, etc.  I have to go very easy on it.  I will sometimes mix wine with Gatorade to help prevent headaches because of the sulfites.  I had wine at my son's winery wedding and didn't get a headache, so that was really good!

Do I drink alcohol? No. My drink of choice is iced tea straight, no sugar, no lemon.. Drink about a gallon of that every two to three days.

Guess what? You have your own religion that blinds you to all other religions.
Religion is whatever defines what is true, what is right and wrong, and what is the purpose in life. Even if you think that there is no truth (which I can hardly imagine), you are just a member of the irrrationalist religion.  Judging from your profile and past posts, though, I think your religion is rationalism and your god is Logic.

Just know, logic is to no avail without some assumptions to reason from.

Oh, anyway, I drink, just most of the time there is no ethanol in my beverages.

I drink once in awhile for special events but I don't make a habit out of it. When I do drink I will drink wine, wine coolers, liquor, mixed drinks. I really don't like beer at all.

I enjoy a nice martini every now and than.  When he cookouts and bonfires I'll have one or 2 Mikes or other cooler type drink.  I don't enjoy beer so much.  My husband and I went out to a theater where they serve liqueur and meals throughout the show.  I had a Raspberry Chocolate Godiva Martini.... he thought I was a regular drinker and almost didn't go out with me again...I think he's surprised at how much I do drink which is sparse.

I don't like the flavor of beer and I never drank a mixed drink that I really liked, so it is very easy to not drink.

I drink but only occasionally. I like to drink red wine/ white wine and sometimes mix drink. I drink maybe 3-4 time a year. Usually when i get together with my  sisters.
