BBQ season is almost over. What is your favorite thing to BBQ,Smoke or Grill?

No I don't make my own sauce but have been looking into it. What I do however is a 3-2-1 method. I do 3 hrs of smokeing the ribs, 2hr of cook time in tin foil sprayed with apple juice, the 1hr of suaceing. For the suace I use the apple juice left of in the tin foil with sweet baby rays original. If your husband follows similar steps you truely got the better end of the stick. Cuz its a long process to make them but worth every second.

Sounds delicious!  So, after smoking you spray your ribs with apple juice and wrap in foil then place on grill for 2 hours?  I'm going to try this tomorrow morning - THANKS!

My favorite thing to BBQ is chicken. The taste is amazing. It's doggone good! I love it with baked macaroni and cheese or with a cucumber salad. It's best with a little char on the chicken and some really good sauce,

BBQ on the grill is almost over but you can still make some BBQ ribs and recipes in the oven that taste just as good!
