Serrano Peppers
« on: August 09, 2012, 10:18:57 am »
Oh holy lord.....I was just trying a recipe for Shrimp Burgers and it called for a serrano pepper. I cut it up and figured I would give it a taste before I tossed it in and oh my gosh is my mouth and lips are on fire. And sometime along the cutting process I must have brushed my face too and that is also on fire. I can deal with spice, but wow those are crazy hot. Needless to say I did not put them in the recipe....lol
