So far I have had a ton of daily surveys not credit.  :( I have tried to do everything in my power to fix this. I understand that the system is not perfect, but why does it choose to work for a whole month, and then fail the next month  :BangHead: So far in the last for day a mythoughts survey did not credit a livesample survey did not credit and a surveyhead survey did not credit. That is $2.35 of lost revenue on my part. To stop this from happening in the future I propose we have a system in which you do a daily offer, and then you can click. I completed this today, and this will put the offer under pending until the fusioncash system can verify the offer. I do not want this to replace the current instant credit system, but this system should be in place for those who were not credited for WORK THEY DID. I have a feeling that if this system were put in place we would have some people who would abuse it and click I completed for surveys they did not do or did not qualify for. Please post if this idea is a good one or if it is even possible.

Generally if you finish surveys in acceptable time(not too slow or too fast) you'll get credit for it if you leave the finished page up for awhile

Totally, because there have been times I have not been credited for surveys.

Wow, I am glad I have never had any problems like that. I have always received my credit when a survey tells me I have successfully finished it. There have been times when I have gotten to what I thought was the end of a survey only to be told that I didn't qualify, and that is so frustrating. But I just keep on going which is pretty much all you can do. Good luck to you, I hope you get it all straightened out.

I just do not have problems with the surveys not crediting. I leave the congratulations window open until I get credited and I would say one time in the last year I didn't get credited for one.

Think this idea would cause our trusted FC staff to do more than they can control. Surveys if completed properly credit most times.

You misunderstand my idea I do not want the FC staff to have to manually approve the surveys. I only want to be able to tell the automated system to "look again"., and yes there have been times when I have not qualified for a survey, but that is different. These last few days I have been getting to the pages that say something like "thank you for completing our survey you have now been entered into sweepstakes, and I still do not get credit.

The system 'looks again' automatically every 10 minutes without you needing to click anything.

I know that some sites have a "I completed this offer" button and that clicking it is satisfying, but I can assure you that the tracking technology behind the shiny interface is exactly the same as what we use.  That button just allows them to not credit the people who sign up for an offer, but fail to click the button (which can be a sizable percentage).  We automatically credit everybody as soon as we get notified that we've been paid for that particular offer/survey.

If you are seeing a huge swing in crediting/qualification from one month to another, the most likely explanations are:
1) You got yourself on some survey providers' blacklists for straight-lining answers, taking too long or not long enough to complete surveys, giving conflicting answers, or something else they didn't like, and now they are not paying us (nor you) for your survey completes, and/or
2) Something changed in your computer configuration between then and now which is interfering with crediting. This could be anything from anti-adware software, to a new browser or new browser version, to a change in your HOSTS file... it could even be something you don't realize happened, like a malware infection which is hijacking your affiliate links and redirecting you so that someone else gets paid.  There are a lot of possibilities.  It's helpful if you have another computer you can try to use, to see if that fixes the problem.
