Yes, I have high blood pressure. I take a pill in the morning and one at night. I also watch my salt intake very carefully. I exercise and watch my weight. Thank goodness I have never smoked in my life. Good luck. :)

I had low blood pressure for 60 years and then started having kidney problems.  Now I have to take medicine for high blood pressure.  It's a shame too because I feel so much better when my pressure is up :(

Not I.  My husband has hbp though and he's been on the same dose since he was in his 20's.  This last year we invested in a blood pressure cuff from walgreens and he monitors it regularly.  With our diets he's been able to really see what works and what doesn't work for him.  Also stress is a huge factor in his #'s jumping around.

I used to have the opposite (low blood pressure), but now mine hovers around normal.

do u have high blood pressure?

I have since my early 20s despite (at the time) a healthy lifestyle. It runs in my family and as it turns out I have a heart condition and MS, so it is probably due to one or both of those.
