What is your favorite body wash and exfoliate?

I like the Milk and Honey bodywash by Suave.  I suggest you cruise the isles and see what appeals to you.  If you don't find any in stores look online, there are so many varieties available now. To exfoliate I use a loofah for my body and microdermabrasion cloth for my face.  I need to pick up a pumice stone the next time I go out.

I just bought a large bar of Lavander soap at a soap store in Colorado Springs that is awesome!! It is from a French company, with french ingredients though it is manufactered in Seattle. The bar is filled with lavander bits so it exfoliates and the soap lathers full and soft. And it actually smells like true lavander, which is hard to find. I love it!!

My favorite body wash is Dr. Bronner's peppermint soap. It is a liquid and it makes lots of sudsy bubbles and it only takes a squirt to get the job done. As far as favorite exfoliants I have two, I like the loofah and any natural based facial scrub. I find if you want really great skin use facial scrub all over your body. Your skin will be so soft and smooth, you will love it.
