No taxes are taken out. Fusion Cash money is considered miscellaneous income. You would be responsible for reporting this income on your tax forms at the end of year if you earn over a certain amount of money. It was once $1,000, then it was reduced to $600.00.  I do not know what it is now. That would be total miscellaneous income. For instance, if you are on several work at home sites and earned $2,000 total in a given year, you would be required to report this on your tax forms.

I hate to break the news to anyone, but the $600 threshold is only when someone is required to report your earnings to the IRS on a form 1099, you are obligated to pay taxes on ALL income. Of course that doesn't mean everyone does it.

This is an important distinction. At $600+ in a calendar year, we are responsible for reporting your earnings to the IRS.  At $1+ in a calendar year, you are responsible for reporting your earnings to the IRS (yes, technically, even $15 from a yard sale).

The decision of whether you report it or not is between you and your conscience  :angel12:
