Tennis is great in the summertime - since the day lasts longer, you can stay on the courts for much longer, granted you will get a bit tanner though.  Any outdoor sport is great in the summertime - bright, hot sun, lots of people and just a generally funner atmosphere.

I like running all year round but summer is especially great because of the long days.  Also swimming, although i mostly just like to hang out on a float LOL!
