A neighbor of mine went to the doctor, trusting her, and the doctor prescribed an antibiotic for a UTI.
My neighbor developed an extensive rash.
There are natural remedies for UTIs with no side effects.

That depends on how severe. Antibiotics will cure it faster and end any discomfort although some are allergic to certain kinds.
